On 9 May 2011, Professor Anton Caragea , President of European Council on International Relations and Director of Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation of Romania has presented a comprehensive report on Anti-Syria revolution.

Romania express support for Syrian Arab Republic territorial integrity as is stated in all international law and United Nations Charta with territory of Golan as a integral part of Syrian Arab Republic as stated in the UN Charta.
