Smart-Trucking's "Best Trucking Company To Work For in 2021" has increased the base pay of their W2 solo company drivers to 60 cents per mile (cpm), with expected pay being 66 cpm when considering accessorial pay. Team drivers now earn a base of 75 cpm, with an expected pay of nearly 80 cpm.

Smart-Trucking released their full list of Best Trucking Companies to Work For this month, ranking the Joliet, IL-based carrier at the top, stating that the carrier sets "a good example for other companies to follow"
