Vision To Learn, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and Compton Unified School District Announce Program to Provide Every Child in Compton With Eye Care
All 19,000 children in Compton schools will be provided with a vision screening along with eye exams, glasses and medical care for medical issues identified during the exams. The care will be provided at no cost to the children or their families, thanks to a $1 million grant from Everychild Foundation.
