Lyons Roofing announced that it has acquired the Roofing Division of TIP maintenance a commercial roof maintenance company.

The Arizona Roofing Contractors Association (ARCA) has sworn in their new board of directors, naming Rhonda LaNue, owner of Lyons Roofing as President. Rhonda La Nue will assume duties as president of ARCA immediately. Rhonda has been an active member of ARCA since purchasing Lyons Roofing in 2005.
