Netsmart announced today it has acquired Selman-Holman & Associates from Briggs Healthcare Company, a Texas-based full-service consulting firm specializing in assisting home care agencies and hospices across the nation to maximize their potential through regulatory compliance, OASIS and coding accuracy and in-depth staff education and training. Selman-Holman will become part of McBee, a division of Netsmart.

McBee advised The Vistria Group, a Chicago-based investment firm focusing on the healthcare, education and financial services sector, on the definitive agreement to sell St. Croix Hospice.
