SpringShire Retirement Community announces the opening of their newly renovated Information Center on NC-43 North and the hiring of three team members to introduce this new community. SpringShire's Information Center will help visitors learn more about the community by viewing detailed architectural renderings of the types of homes, apartment homes and common areas that will be built.

SpringShire Retirement, LLC announces the closing of Revenue Anticipation Bonds for development of a retirement community in Greenville, NC. These bonds will allow the community to move forward with the updated design and marketing of the
community slated to begin construction in 2018. The community will be situated on 127 acres of land located off of Highway 43 near Ironwood Country Club in Pitt County.
