Nebraska cyclist becomes first cyclist in history to ride 4km individual pursuit in under four minutes. From a dead stop, Ashton Lambie pedaled his fixed gear bike to nearly 40 mph for 3:59.930 to become the first cyclist in history to ride the individual pursuit track event in under four minutes.
