Party City is recruiting up to 10,000 people to work during the Halloween season. The typical Party City store will hire between 15 and 50 extra employees.

The first Party City store in Carmel offers graduation and summer party supplies, Halloween costumes and accessories, birthday party supplies, and theme party merchandise from the Party City collection.

Shoppers will find Samantha Goldberg's party planning tips -- from weddings and bridal showers to summer backyard gatherings and other festivities -- on PartyCity.com and inside Party City's more than 600 stores.
