Phillips Manufacturing Co. recently acquired the assets of Steel Drum Industries, LLC, located in Tampa, Florida.

Phillips Manufacturing Co. acquired the corner cap assets of Pla-Cor® on March 1, 2010. This acquisition includes all rights, patents and equipment, providing over 50 additional profiles to Phillips' product line.
