The arbitration panel issued a final award against Viracon, Inc., for $20,018,729.63. The amount included $4,000,000 in punitive damages, which the arbitrators intended "will not go unnoticed in the board room of Viracon or its parent company [Apogee Enterprises, Inc.]."
