The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation has awarded $8.7 million to VillageCare, a New York City community-based, not-for-profit organization serving people with post-acute and chronic care, to help HIV/AIDS patients by providing a multi-layered and tailored intervention aimed at improving their medication adherence through an online platform and text messaging service.
