Singapore property market experienced another exceptional month after the first three months of 2012 saw robust home sales averaging 2,200 homes each month.

Singapore is one of the few countries in the world where monthly installments toward repayment of mortgage loan is lower than rental payments. Many home buyers including foreigners are taking advantage of the low interest rates to invest here.
