The Donald Danforth Plant Science Center was recently ranked 8th in The Scientist Magazine's 2012 "Best Places to Work Postdocs" survey of non-tenured life scientists working in academia, industry or noncommercial research institutions.

This year's Best Places to Work for Postdocs survey from The Scientist showed that striking the fine balance between independence and guidance is important to a successful postdoc experience.
